Translation "being a mama." This artwork was created during my final stage of breastfeeding. The sentiment came to me the day after I stopped breastfeeding overnight. It was a sentiment of realization that my son was growing up. And even though I was content to see him grow, it is one of the hardest moments so far in my journey through motherhood. The painting represents acceptance of letting our kid/kids grow. And embracing every second we get to spend with them.
